The Washington Wizards hired Travis Schlenk as Senior VP of Player Personnel, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Schlenk was formerly the President of Basketball Operations for the Hawks.

The hiring comes under new Wizards President of Basketball Operations Michael Winger. 

The Wizards are still searching for a new general manager.
