The NBA has informed all 30 teams that they anticipate fully vaccinated players and team personnel will not be required to undergo regular COVID-19 testing during the 21-22 season.
Non-fully vaccinated players and personnel, however, will undergo regular testing.
If fully vaccinated individuals have a close contact, they will not be required to quarantine. Non-fully vaccinated individuals will be required to quarantine for seven days.
There also will be no restrictions for away-from-work activities such as accessing indoor bars, clubs and lounges if all players on a team are fully vaccinated.
