After being suspended five games for a vioaltion of the league's anti-drug program, Rocket Maurice Taylor admitted it was for marijuana use, according to W.H. Stickney of the Houston Chronicle.  Taylor apologized to the team, his family and the community for the infraction.  Taylor says it was his first experimentation with the drug.

Taylor told teammates Friday. "Obviously, they weren't happy with me being out. It's going to be an additional five games (now)," Taylor said. "I did let them down. It's my job to be a basketball player. I got suspended for five games, so I'm not going to be doing my job."
