Gordan Giricek won't dress for tonight's game against Seattle, after his left Achilles tendon remained too sore to practice on.
"It's something that's been bothering him for awhile," said Jazz trainer Gary Briggs. "When he steps hard on that leg, he's in some pain."
Giricek has been wearing a hard boot while off the court, but the injury, a little more bothersome than the calf injury that cost him a game last week, will take a few more days to heal.
Devin Brown will return to the starting lineup in Giricek's place.
