There has been no progress in negotiations between the Hornets and small forward Rasual Butler the past two days, his agent, Andy Miller, said Tuesday.
"We're not anywhere in the process right now," Miller said. "There are other teams that have called with interest, and we've had discussions with them.
"But Rasual is trying to evaluate the situation overall and just assess where New Orleans is at on top of everything else. It's not only a matter of re-signing with New Orleans, which is a possibility, but is there a sign-and-trade possibility, and what are they going to be doing with their (salary) cap space? We haven't come to any conclusion yet."
