Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck sent Sam Smith of the Chicago Tribune an unsolicited email regarding the future of Paul Pierce in a Boston uniform.
"As Celtics managing owner I can tell you, yet again, that we will not be trading Paul. Feel free to use this, or not, but your speculation is incorrect. Regards."
