A report on Tuesday linked the Celtics to a three-team deal with the Kings and 76ers that would land them forward Andres Nocioni.
However, sources told the Boston Globe that no such trade has been discussed.
One of the sources went as far as to say that the Celtics have not spoken to the Kings about Nocioni, who has been linked to Boston before.
He has three years and nearly $21 million left on his contract, which could be scaring the Celtics off.
