Wizards guard Mike Miller missed Tuesday's game against the Pistons with a right calf injury.
The issue has already caused him to miss more than a month of action.
Miller left Sunday's loss to the Hornets after aggravating the strained calf.
Washington coach Flip Saunders said Miller "might be out a week or so."
