Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko won't play in Game 2 against the Lakers on Tuesday night.
Utah coach Jerry Sloan made the announcement hours before the game.
Kirilenko hasn't played in a full game since March 12 and aggravated his strained left calf last month.
The forward is expected to return in Game 3, giving him an additional three days off.
