The Magic plan to take "the full seven days" to decide whether to match an offer sheet the Bulls made for restricted free agent J.J. Redick.

Chicago signed Redick to a three-year, $20 million offer sheet on Friday, according to sources.

Redick is a restricted free agent, which means the Magic have the power to match any offer he receives.

"We like J.J. He is a part of our team," Orlando general manager Otis Smith said. "We would like to keep him. I'm going to take the full seven days to think about it."
