Paolo Banchero and Devin Booker have been named the NBA Players of the Week for Week 5.
Banchero averaged 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists as the Orlando Magic went 4-0.
Booker averaged 30.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 7.8 assists as the Phoenix Suns went 4-0.
Wendell Carter Jr. is set to undergo surgery to repair a fractured finger and will miss at least three weeks.
Carter injured the third metacarpal on his left hand on Thursday night.
The 24-year-old is averaging 9.4 points and 8.6 rebounds per game this season.

Markelle Fultz experienced swelling in his left knee. He was a late scratch for the game in Utah. Fultz will be re-examined when the Magic return to Orlando.
Gary Harris started in Fultz's place but exited the game early due to a strained right groin. Harris will also be re-examined upon the team's return home.
Despite the injuries, the Magic managed to defeat the Jazz to go 2-2 on a four-game road trip. That victory improved their overall record to 3-2 on the season.
The Orlando Magic and Cole Anthony have agreed to a three-year, $39 million contract extension.
Anthony averaged 13 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists last season for Orlando across 60 games.
Anthony was the 15th overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft after starring at North Carolina.
The Orlando Magic converted Trevelin Queen to a two-way contract. Queen had been signed to an Exhibit 10 contract.
Queen has two years of NBA experience. He's previously played for the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers.
Orlando also waived Mac McClung, Daeqwon Plowden and Brandon Williams. Those three players are expected to join the Osceola Magic of the G League for this season.
Orlando's roster now stands in regular season compliance with 15 players signed to standard contracts and three players on two-way contracts.

Plowden (6’6”, 216, 8/29/98) played in 24 games last season with Birmingham of the NBA G League, averaging 8.3 ppg., 3.5 rpg. and 1.3 apg. in 20.4 minpg., while shooting .368 (25-68) from three-point range and .862 (25-29) from the free throw line.
Undrafted by an NBA franchise, Plowden played in 154 career games (113 starts) during five seasons at Bowling Green State University (2017-22), averaging 10.5 ppg. and 6.1 rpg. in 25.5 minpg.
In addition, Orlando has waived guard/forward Miye Oni. He did not appear in any preseason games with the Magic.
The Orlando Magic waived forward D.J. Wilson. The Magic also signed forward Miye Oni.
Wilson was signed to a non-guaranteed training camp contract. Oni is believed to have signed a similar type of contract.
Both Wilson and Oni will likely play for the Osceola Magic of the G League for this upcoming season.
