Byron Scott is upset and disappointed with the Cavaliers amid their historic losing streak, but he's not worried about his job.

"Not one bit," he said.

Scott is in his first season as Cleveland's head coach and the team has lost 26 consecutive games.

"I just have a lot of confidence in what I do," he said. "I know I'm the right man for the job. We obviously need to keep improving, but I know I'm the right guy for the job."

His job security has come into question as the Cavaliers haven't won since Dec. 18.

"Byron has the complete and total support of myself and our entire organization," general manager Chris Grant told the Associated Press in an e-mail.
