Shaquille Harrison signed a national letter of intent to play basketball at Tulsa.

Harrison, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound guard, chose the Golden Hurricane over Northeastern, Tennessee State, and Miami of Ohio.

Harrison said new coach Danny Manning plans to implement an up-tempo offense.

"He said we're going to be an up-tempo team and get out on transition," Harrison said. "We're going to be a fast-paced offense, a transition offense."
