On the Second Team are LaMarcus Aldridge, DeMarcus Cousins, Pau Gasol, Russell Westbrook and Chris Paul.

On the Third Team are Blake Griffin, Tim Duncan, DeAndre Jordan, Klay Thompson and Kyrie Irving.

Twelve of the 15 All-NBA players were from the Western Conference, two days after two Western Conference teams receive the top two picks in the lottery.
