While LeBron James quickly decided to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers, there was a meeting with the Philadelphia 76ers.

"There was a moment Saturday morning, I kind of thought he might do this even earlier," said Lee Jenkins on NBATV. "That this might even go faster. When news of the Philly meeting came out, I think it did provide, I don't what exactly was going through his mind, but I was given pause. I felt like 'Wow, this Lakers' scenario that was sort of seen as an afterthought, could there by a fly in the ointment here?' But clearly there wasn't.

"I think he wanted some answers about Philly. He wanted to know a little more about the Philly situation. But in the end, he had been leaning towards the Lakers since Saturday.
