Patrick Beverley sat out the Los Angeles Clippers' 127-114 game 2 loss to the Dallas Mavericks due to a left calf strain.
Doc Rivers said that Beverley was not moving well during the morning shootaround before scratching him from the game.
"I don't have any sense. Obviously it is something that has lingered. But I have no sense whether he plays next game or if this is one of those things that takes a week or so. I just don't know," said Rivers.
Beverley suffered the injury on August 4th against the Suns.
He played 20 minutes in game 1, scoring 8 points and adding 5 rebounds.
