Ricky Rubio has agreed to a three-year, $18.4 million deal to return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Rubio had an outstanding start to his first season with the Cavaliers until he tore his ACL in December.
The Cavaliers traded Rubio to the Indiana Pacers as part of the Caris LeVert deal.
