Shaquille O'Neal is unlikely to return to the Celtics for their game against the Clippers on Wednesday.
O'Neal, sidelined the past 12 games due to an inflamed right Achilles, had been hoping to return as soon as Sunday night in Milwaukee.
"Shaq is probably not going to be back Wednesday, it looks like," said coach Doc Rivers. "His foot is bothering him again a little bit."
