Gregg Popovich and Erik Spoelstra will coach the Western and Eastern Conference teams, respectively, in the 2013 NBA All-Star game on Feb. 17.
By virtue of their 100-85 road win against the Toronto Raptors, the Heat (30-14) clinched the best record in the conference through games played Feb. 3.
Popovich earned his spot as the West coach with his Spurs atop the NBA standings at 38-11.
