With trade conversations becoming more one-sided, the Los Angeles Lakers are growing pessimistic that the New Orleans Pelicans will work with them in a potential deal for Anthony Davis.

The Lakers are said to be offering a package that includes Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, and Brandon Ingram. The Pelicans have yet to counteroffer or propose their own trades involving Davis.

The Pelicans expect the Lakers to overpay if they are to trade Davis before the deadline, and want a "historic haul of draft picks" including 4 1st-round and 2nd-round picks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
