Robert Williams is undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and is expected to need four to six weeks for recovery. Williams is expected to return early in the regular season.
Williams underwent meniscus surgery in March and returned for the playoffs.
Williams emerged as one of the best defensive centers in the NBA this past season.
