Jaylen Brown missed Thursday's win by the Boston Celtics at the Brooklyn Nets due to a right adductor strain.
Joe Mazzulla said Brown could miss "a week or two."
"I anticipate it being pretty short," Mazzulla said. "Probably a week or two."
Brown scored 41 points in Wednesday's win over the Pelicans. Brown told reporters after the game that he tweaked his groin.
