With the Cavs resting LeBron James and several key players in the final regular season game, the Sixers needed overtime to snap their six-game losing streak.

With the Bulls loss at home to the Raptors, the Sixers secured the 6th seed and a first-round playoff matchup with the 3rd-seeded Magic.

The Sixers were down 12 at halftime but rallied to take a narrow lead down the stretch.  Daniel Gibson hit a three-pointer on the last possession of regulation to send the game to overtime.

The Bulls finish with the 7th seed and will travel to Boston to play the defending-champion Celtics who are the 2nd seed in the Eastern Conference.

The loss was only the Cavs' second of the season at home, stopping them from tying the Celtics' all-time 40-1 home record during the 1985-1986 season.
