Cooper Flagg Reclassifies, Will Become NBA Draft Eligible In 2025

Aug 11, 2023 5:27 PM

Cooper Flagg has reclassified from 2025 to the incoming college class of 2024, which makes him the new favorite to be picked No. 1 in the 2025 NBA draft.

Flagg entered the summer ranked No. 2 in the ESPN 60 for 2025, but dominated throughout June and July and is now widely considered the top prospect regardless of class.

Duke has been considered the favorite to sign Falgg, but UConn, Kansas and Kentucky are also involved.

Flagg will turn 18 in late December of his freshman year of college.
