Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo was a late scratch against the Nets on Sunday.

Nate Robinson started in Rondo's place.

Boston coach Doc Rivers found out just minutes before the game that Rondo wouldn't be able to play because of his troublesome hamstring.

Rondo missed three games late last month due to the hamstring, but had played in Boston's last four games.

"We have a two-day break after this and that's one of the things that went into this," said Rivers. "Listen, it is what is is. We're just going to try to get through it," Rivers added.
