Seattle SuperSonics free agent Ruben Patterson is facing legal problems for the second time this year.  In King County Superior Court on Friday, Patterson will enter an Alford plea to third-degree attempted rape, a misdemeanor. Charges are expected to be filed today.  An Alford plea is not an admission of guilt but a recognition that a jury likely would find a defendant guilty.
