Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle writes that, though the official roster has not yet been announced, all the players selected for USA's Goodwill team have been contacted -- and Houston's Steve Francis' phone didn't ring.  The ommission is an obvious snub since only young NBA players are allowed.  Baron Davis and Jason Terry (good in their own right) got places on the roster.  Feigen speculates that the selection committee was afraid he was bad for USA's image.  I think it's payback for leaving Vancouver.
