The Chicago Bulls Friday made Brad Miller a rich man.  Even though he didn't start on his high school freshman team and never was drafted by an NBA team, he showed Bulls GM Jerry Krause enough to guarantee the final two years on Miller's three-year, $13 million deal signed last season.  "I'm set for life," Miller said.  "I'm glad it's over with, it's been tedious thinking about it."
