The luxury tax is almost here, and some teams are running scared.  One such team, according to a report written by Scott Soshnick of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports that the Phoenix Suns are one of those teams.  The Suns trade of Cliff Robinson for Jud Buechler and John Wallace was only done to get the team under the tax threshold according to Suns president Bryan Colangelo.  "We've made it clear that we will not be taxpayers," Colangelo said. "With the trade, we're saving in the first year, roughly [$1.4 million]. Over two years, it's about $6.2 million."  Colangelo also said to expect more one-sided trades in the future.  "It's going to be wild," Colangelo said. "Teams that aren't playing well are going to be hustling to get under the threshold. I've already fielded some of those offers."
