McCoskey reports that the Pistons have deals on the table that could land Austin Croshere, Tariq Abdul Wahad, Vin Baker and Erick Dampier. The cost in many cases may be as little as Mikki Moore, Michael Curry and maybe Chucky Atkins. McCoskey points out that since the NBA won't release the Luxury Tax trigger until this time next season, many teams may look to dump payroll at the trading deadline in February. If the Pistons mind their P's and Q's, that could result in grabbing top-shelf talent for pennies on the dollar.
