The Raptors signed Jerome 'Junkyard Dog' Williams to a 7 year, $41 million deal.  Evidently not all of the contract is guaranteed.  They're expected to announce the signing of Antonio Davis on Friday, and are close to a deal with Alvin Williams.  In addition, the Raptors are close to signing 17th pick Michael Bradley.  This is an early signing for the Raptors, who usually sign first round picks in September.
