The Rockets and Maurice Taylor easily came to terms once the future of Hakeem Olajuwon was settled, reports the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen.  Taylor agreed to a 6-year, $48 million contract.  Due to travel logistics, he won't sign until Tuesday or Wednesday.  In order to sign Taylor, the Rockets will have to officially go under the cap and will renounce at least Carlos Rogers (who's option they did not pick up) and Charles Barkley (who's rights they've held till now).
