Clutchcity is reporting that the Charlotte Hornets are offering some or all of their midlevel exception to Rockets FA gunner, Matt Bullard.  Bullard had previously said he didn't want to leave Houston, but if the roster is shaken (by an Anderson-Rice trade), there may be no place left for him.
