Sean Deveney writes for The Sporting News that excuses have run out for Glen Rice if he does not perform.  In LA, he could blame the triangle, in New York, he could blame Spree and Houston.  But, with the Rockets, where he is the most talented front-court player standing, he'll have only himself to blame if he fails.  Meanwhile, Deveny reports a rumor that Taylor will try to be back in 6 months -- of course, he doesn't even have an "unidentified source" to back up that statement.  With this injury, he feels the Rockets are out of the playoffs -- but then, he also thinks the Clippers are in (over the Twolves, Suns, Rockets and Sonics).
