This year there is no Cory Carr vs. Dedric Willoughby or Toby Bailey vs. Corey Benjamin duels for a place on the Bulls roster, reports the Chicago Daily Herald, with the competition a lot tighter this year as 18 guys fight for 15 places, 14 of which will be active with Jamal Crawford expected to miss the entire season.
"I think it's good," said Bulls general manager Jerry Krause, the man responsible for building the roster. "A couple years ago, we didn't have these problems. Real competition should make for a real good training camp." It is being reported that Sean Lampley, Jake Voskhul and Michael Ruffin are the likely three to miss out.
