  "I knew we were out there a long time, but it didn't seem like a long time," Michael Curry said of the Pistons' first practice Tuesday with new coach Rick Carlisle. "We covered a lot of things. I mean, we covered this morning what you would normally cover in the first three days, that's how much we put in. You definitely have to come mentally prepared."
  Carlisle said he was impressed with the Pistons' level of conditioning and concentration.
