Last season the point guard position was the one in most need of improvement, and with the additions of veterans Greg Anthony and Kevin Ollie, as well as the emergence of second year sharpshooter AJ Guyton it looks as though the Bulls may have done that. 'How's this for a line: 25 points, seven assists, three steals and zero turnovers in 48 minutes? Those were the combined totals from Guyton, Anthony and Kevin Ollie in Saturday night's 86-81 exhibition victory over Indiana.' writes K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune.
"I really like all three of them," Floyd said. "Anthony and A.J. got us going offensively. Ollie gives us something different?great pressure on the ball. He creates offense with his defense. He creates shots for others with his penetration. He's a nice complement to the other two."
But how much can bring in a veteran in the backcourt help a team? "I've learned more from Greg Anthony in these two games than any other guard since I've been here," Guyton said. "I watch his demeanor on the court. I watch when he gets an outlet pass and slows it up to let guys fill in behind him?little things like that that I didn't see last year."
