Chris Young of the Toronto Star looks at some of the fallout from September 11, starting with the charter arrangements teams are making.  The Raptors are struggling on this front because their charter carrier has just filed for bankruptcy.

Young notes that it takes some time for tough economic times to have their effect on items like season tickets, corporate suites, sponsorship and marketing deals, which are all made before a season starts.  This means next season is when the tough times really could take hold.
