After being out for a week after suffering bleeding in his right eye after a hard hit in an Oct. 12 preseason game, Hornets center Elden Campbell looked like he hadn't missed a single day as he helped the Hornets to a 91-78 over the Indiana Pacers.

"It felt OK," said Campbell. "My conditioning was sort of fine. I just couldn?t hit that next gear. But I think I?ll be good by tomorrow."

With Campbell back in the fold and Mashburn returning a few days before, reports Richard Walker of the Charlotte Gaston Gazette, Silas was able to run with his projected starting lineup for the first time this preseason.  "All in all, we?re getting back into the flow," Silas said. "It?s coming."
