Bulls #1 free agent target from this offseason Eddie Robinson, one of the players the Bulls are hoping to lean on, has fractured his left big toe and may require surgery.  Robinson now looks likely to join guard Jamal Crawford and forward Ron Artest, two other players the Bulls were looking to utilise this season, on the injured list for the commencement of the season.  Robinson is not sure when he broke the toe, and trainer Fred Tedeschi said more tests will be needed Monday before anything else can be said.  Fred Hoiberg also is a question mark as tendonitis in his knee flaired.

On the positive for the Bulls was the performance of center Brad Miller, who scored 31 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in the Bulls win over the Nuggets.  Ron Mercer paced the Bulls with 35 points against his former club.
