The Nuggets ended their 16game, regular-season losing streak here Saturday night with a 103-93 victory over the Seattle SuperSonics. Denver point guard Nick Van Exel led the way by scoring 30 of his game-high 38 points in the second half. It was Denver's first victory in Seattle since Feb. 2, 1993, its first at KeyArena and second in the past 27 attempts.
