Dwain Price reports for the Star-Telegram that efforts to discover why Dirk Nowitzki gets sick so often has led doctors to a sinus problem.  Nowitzki had surgery two years ago to widen his sinuses, which were getting blocked.  They are blocked again and frequent infection there has been taking a toll.
