Dana Barros returned to the starting lineup Sunday. Jerry Stackhouse was out of it.
Barros, who had missed the past four games with a pulled left hamstring, scored nine points in 18 minutes in the Pistons' 105-77 victory over Houston at the Palace.
"I thought he was dragging a little bit at times, but you have to be careful when coming back from hamstring injuries," coach Rick Carlisle said.
Stackhouse decided to rest his left groin, which has bothered him since Nov. 21. Jon Barry started in his place and had 15 points and a season-high seven assists in 32 minutes.
Stackhouse has missed four games. The Pistons are 3-1 without him.
