Marc Stein of the Dallas Morning News speculates that Clyde Drexler will be the next coach of the Denver Nuggets.

Although keeping Mike Evans as interim coach through the end of the season is the safer move, Stein says that Drexler is close enough to GM Kiki Vandeweghe that he is likely to get the job.

Drexler's only other coaching experience resulted in a 19-39 record with the University of Houston.
