Rockets physicians will examine Glen Rice's knee Thursday to determine if surgery is needed, says Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.  Rice has been out since December 8th with tendon damage in his right knee cap.  Rice will begin some weight-bearing exercises now; he hopes doctor's will allow him to step up his rehabilitation.
