The Denver Post's Marc Spears gives us an update on Nick Van Exel's trade demands.  Spears runs through some possible suitors (New York, Golden State and Portland) and finds them all to be unlikely trading partners.  It's looking more and more that Van Exel will just have to hang on in Denver until Antonio McDyess returns.

Trading Van Exel is far from easy, and the Nuggets aren't just going to give him away. Van Exel has been the best player on the team, after all. He's averaging a team-high 23.3 points per game. "They know how I feel," Van Exel said. "My feelings ain't changed one bit."
