The Raptors spent most of the day breaking down game film from Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Every breakdown on defence, letdown and meltdown was captured frame by frame.
The Raptors have watched film before, have gathered behind closed doors and have talked about learning from their many mistakes.
For the most part, the talk hasn't resulted in positive gains on the floor, but the Raptors insist they have learned valuable lessons from their 79-72 defeat to the Clippers.
"We were able to see on film the mistakes we were making,'' Raptors forward Jerome Williams said. "To see yourself being exposed like that and actually seeing where the breakdowns occurred, it was very beneficial.
"We've seen the film, we've seen the mistakes and now it's time to go out and execute.''
