CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- There are times, Kirk Haston acknowledges, when he wishes he were still playing for Indiana University.

Such as when the band strikes up as the players take the court at Assembly Hall. Or when the fans celebrate a victory.

 




"It's tough to hear all that on television and not be there," he said Friday night before his Charlotte Hornets faced the Pacers.

Still, Haston has no regrets about his decision to leave IU a season before his eligibility
