His decision-making can be questionable. His shot selection can be just as iffy. Some of his plays have Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders on edge.
But if the plays work, which has been the case recently, many forget about the chances he takes.
That's just how guard Chauncey Billups chooses to play, aggressively and attempting to make things happen.
But it's the times when Billups takes chances and makes mistakes that irritate Saunders.
"I get frustrated because he's a young player, and you're trying to emphasize and not make the same mistakes," Saunders said. "I want our guys to think mentally that we're going to play a perfect game, and so just try to."
