Raptors guard Vince Carter yesterday was asked for his reaction to being booed loudly by Toronto fans during a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday.

"I don't care," said Carter, whose Raptors have lost 11 games in a row. "It doesn't matter if (the booing occurs) at home, or on the road, or in Alaska. It doesn't matter. I don't care."

Are the Raptors at the point where they need someone like the mild-mannered Carter to throw a fit in the locker room, just to get everyone's attention?

"It doesn't take all that," Carter said. "Kicking a table over, or waving your arms in the air and getting all flamboyant -- what does that do?"
